Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classtize adopts different cancellation policies for its various services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Classtize Support. You can submit your cancellation requests with details through email (email@example.com). After receipt of your request, our support department will issue a confirmation token and advise you on the further process. Your cancellation will not be deemed valid unless you get your cancellation token from our support department.
