Dementia comes in many forms and through our experience we have learned the best ways to care for residents stricken by the disease. As a result of our many years of experience caring for people with dementia, we have developed activities that help to maintain their cognition for as long as possible. Activity is important for all people, especially those with dementia and we recognize that. There will always be some form of activity in our Memory Care as well as plenty of outdoor space for fresh air and exercise. On occasion we will also have a visit from the Humane Society or even live music to keep things different!

We understand everyone needs a break from time to time and that opportunities to vacation occasionally arise. As a result we have created an opportunity for you to have your loved one stay with our trained and professional staff while you are away. They will be able to enjoy three delicious meals and two energizing snacks per day plus full access to our activities. Sungarden Terrace proudly offers you a chance to take a break or a vacation while we look after your loved one. Access to our entire community would be available if you should choose to use our respite services and there be availability. This is a wonderful way to experience our outstanding staff.
