• No Money: If a player cannot pay, they must give all remaining money to the owner and are out of the game.

Step 3: Collecting Rent

Rent is collected when another player lands on a property you own. Each property has a fixed rent amount printed on the board.

Landing on a Chance space means drawing a Chance card. These cards can give players money, make them pay fines, or allow other simple actions.
