Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in an RPO environment.

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
