As Allah has mentioned in the Quran that he rewards the mankind if they put their sincere efforts in something. Thus, first we need to work hard and then recite this wazifa:

The Wazifa for passing Exam with good marks, has to be done after every salah till your results come back. After offering your fard prayers, recite "Surah fatiha", in prostration.

Repeat the fourth verse of Surah Fatiha 21 times then complete the Surah until the end and raise your head from the prostration. Then do a dua for passing exams with good marks and read Durood Ibrahim once before and after the Dua.
