Noida: The 17th Global Film Festival Noida (GFFN) 2024 witnessed a moment of honor and celebration as H.E. Sardor Rustambaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, was presented with the prestigious Hindi Cinema Rashtriya Samman.
