Noida, India: The spirit of wellness and positivity came alive at Marwah Studios with the gracious visit of Piya Uppal from Canada, an internationally recognized Master of Laughter Yoga. Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios, and Chair of the Indo Canada Film and Cultural Forum, warmly welcomed Piya Uppal and engaged in meaningful discussions on the transformative power of laughter, yoga, and mindfulness in promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
